Medical Receptionist (PRN) 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 475 New Hempstead Road, New City, NY 10956 Friedwald Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a PRN Medical Receptionist that can cover evening shifts when needed.

Schedule PRN:

4pm – 12am Must be available to cover shifts as needed

Responsibilities:

Greet all visitors to the nursing home in a pleasant and positive manner; answering questions and guiding them to proper location Take incoming calls, messages and return phone calls in a courteous and professional manner and efficient in running a multiple-line phone system or switchboard Receive packages from families to deliver to residents Route calls, messages, faxes and perform other clerical tasks Has proper knowledge of paging through the intercom clearly and professionally Responsible for providing full range of administrative support to the nursing staff and physicians Great multitasking and organizational skills Understanding of confidentiality policies and regulations; HIPPA Dress and present in a professional manner

Requirements:

Have high school or GED diploma Have proven experience on resume as a Medical Receptionist, nursing home or hospital preferred Great phone etiquette Reliable and great customer service Compensation based on experience. We look forward to hearing from you!

Up to $21.00 per hour
