Full Time Front Desk Coordinator – Medical Spa Confidential Miller Place, NY 11764 Job Summary We are a high-volume, fast-paced medical spa seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This key position is the first point of contact for our clients and requires a confident, organized individual who thrives in a busy environment. This is a full-time position for someone who can multitask efficiently, and has a passion for customer service, beauty and wellness. Flexible hours required (day/evening/weekend). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the beauty industry/fast paced environment. There is opportunity for growth in this position as well.

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage multiple phone lines efficiently and professionally Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes Schedule and confirm appointments using Fresha software Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area Process payments, handle gift card sales, and manage client records with accuracy and privacy Perform light cleaning duties, including laundry and restocking Communicate effectively with providers and staff to ensure seamless client experience Handle high traffic flow while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor Educate clients on spa services, promotions, and products

Qualifications:

2-4 years prior experience in a medical spa, salon, or high-traffic customer service role preferred Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Ability to learn and educate clients on services and products Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in booking software (experience with Fresha is a plus) Proficiency with EMR software (experience with TouchMD is a plus) Professional appearance and attitude Able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with laundry/stocking as needed Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Job Types:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
