Dental Patient Coordinator The Dental Equation Mamaroneck, NY 10543 Looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish, written and conversational skills) Dental Patient Care Coordinator for a Multi-Specialty Dental Office. Two (2) years of experience working in the dental field required. Knowledge of Open Dental is preferred, but not required. The candidate should be able to manage phone calls in both languages with a strong phone etiquette that represents our practice. Systematic data entry with attention to detail. This position requires the candidate to be able to also verify ad understand dental insurance eligibility and coverage, collect and post payments. The position requires you to follow up with patients appointments and to react proactively as schedule changes happen on a daily basis. The candidate must possess a strong work ethic, be a good team player, be personable and punctual. The office is very clean and modern with the highest technology.
