Tri-State OrthopaedicsSports Medicine , a well-respected and busy orthopaedic practice, is recruiting for a full-time Medical Appointment Scheduler/Customer Service Representative to join the Scheduling and Registration Department in our North Hills/McCandless Office.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating patient appointments via telephone, addressing patient email requests for appointments, completing registrations and providing general assistance to callers. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be comfortable using both the computer and telephone and be well-organized with a positive and upbeat attitude. Medical office experience is preferred. This rewarding full-time position carries a 40-hour a week schedule of Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
