Medical Front Desk Specialist 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Doylestown, PA 18901 We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-service-focused Medical Front Desk Associate to provide dedicated clerical and administrative support for a highly regarded healthcare system. This is a long term temporary engagement that will begin immediately and is 100% on site in 18901 zip code.
Key Responsibilities:
Clerical Support:
Deliver accurate, timely, and organized clerical assistance to multiple departments, supporting operational success in Outpatient Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, and Pre-Admission Testing.
Customer Service:
Maintain a collaborative and courteous environment, communicating effectively with patients and staff while embodying strong customer service values.
Scheduling Coordination:
Perform scheduling tasks for rehabilitation services with a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency to ensure smooth workflows for both staff and patients.
Medical Records Management:
Organize, scan, and manage electronic medical records (EMRs) with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data is updated and accessible promptly.

PM Qualifications and Skills:
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with patients, medical staff, and team members.
Administrative Expertise:
Proven experience with clerical tasks, scheduling, and electronic medical records management. Proficiency in EMR systems such as Cerner, Epic, or equivalent is highly preferred.
Organization:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across several departments while maintaining accuracy.
Customer Service:
Friendly and professional demeanor, demonstrating a patient-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a medical administration role. Certifications in EMR systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic) or related.
