You’ll assist with new patient registration, verify insurance, collect co-pays, manage check-in and check-out, and help triage visitor needs to the appropriate team member. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude Complete new patient registration, verifying demographics and insurance information Collect co-pays and scan required documents into the electronic health record Communicate provider delays and coordinate with clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow Handle check-out, schedule follow-ups, and support patient satisfaction through timely service Maintain front desk cleanliness and follow HIPAA guidelines Resolve patient concerns with attention and care, coordinating with internal teams when needed

Qualifications:
