Receptionist for Growing Dental Office Advanced Dentistry Groves and Associates 2100 Garden Drive, Seven Fields, PA 16046 Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Dental Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology. Manage appointment scheduling using Open Dental software. Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary. Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Handle collections and billing inquiries efficiently. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence as needed. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the office. Skills Proficiency in dental terminology is essential for effective communication with patients and staff. Experience with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software is highly desirable. Familiarity with Flex and Mango phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively. Excellent computer skills. Strong clerical skills to support administrative tasks efficiently. Previous experience as a dental receptionist is an advantage but not mandatory.
