The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and make reminder calls. Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate filing systems. Assist with medical collections and billing inquiries as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role within a medical office setting is preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical office management practices is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation review and file management. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
