Required Summary:
Register patients upon arrival Scan and attached registration paperwork to patient’s EHR Prepare paperwork for appointments Collect co-pays and balances Answers incoming telephone calls Direct calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments Other duties may be assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task and maintain professional telephone etiquette Computer literate Problem solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Interpersonal skills Ability to work accurately and efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal directions Prior customer service representative experience preferred Must be able to work one Saturday morning every 4 to six weeks Travel between the East Stroudsburg, Brodheadsville and Tobyhanna and offices is required.
