The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, and be comfortable using scheduling software and interacting with patients in person and over the phone.

QUALIFICATIONS

associates degree or higher Bilingual in Spanish and English-Required Fluent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications. Knowledge of general office equipment-copy, fax, phones Experience with EHR (Specifically AdvanceMD a plus)•Ability to multi-task in an extremely busy practice. Needs to be dependable and flexible. Willingness to work cooperatively with others to reach common daily goals. Must be sensitive to patients needs and display superior customer service skills.
