This position is to assist the optometrist with various tasks relating to patients. Our mission is to give patients a unique experience with their eye care professional. We are a great team at Martinez Eye Associates and would like to add another member to our growing business! Interviews and training will be done in our Augusta, GA office as this Aiken office is brand new and set to open at the end of August. Responsibilities and Duties Conducting diagnostic tests, recording and measuring vision, testing eye function, instructing patients on inserting and caring for contact lenses, preparing examination rooms, cleaning and arranging equipment, answering phones, Scheduling appointments, bookkeeping/verifying insurance, and other tasks as needed. A person with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills that can show compassion to our patients. Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma or G.E.D.
