Dental Front Office Kids Teeth Mount Pleasant, SC 29466 Front Desk, Business Assistant – Kids Teeth | Mount Pleasant, SC Join a Pediatric Dental Team That Feels Like Family Kids Teeth is a private, non-corporate pediatric dental practice with three dedicated doctors and two Mount Pleasant locations (29464 & 29466). We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and professional Front Desk, Business Assistant to join our team! This essential role provides administrative support and ensures smooth daily operations while delivering outstanding care and service to our patients and their families.

Full-time, permanent position

Must be available to work at both Mount Pleasant offices (29464 and 29466)

Schedule:

No weekends! Enjoy every other Friday off

Qualifications:

Experience in dental or medical front office experience preferred Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred Excellent writing and composition skills (spelling, grammar, sentence structure) Strong computer and keyboarding skills – tech-savvy and eager to optimize practice software Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a focus on professional phone etiquette Positive, professional demeanor and a true team player Reliable, dependable, and able to provide strong references

Core Responsibilities:

Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and coordinate patient communications efficiently Register new patients and update existing records, including insurance verification Schedule appointments with precision to maintain a full and productive calendar Manage patient check-in and check-out processes Document detailed and accurate administrative chart notes Foster positive patient and parent relationships
