The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks within a medical office or clinic environment. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and maintaining patient satisfaction. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries effectively. Maintain accurate medical records and patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Assist in the coordination of office management tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations. Process patient information, including insurance verification Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care and communication. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and maintaining office supplies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a clinic or medical office setting is preferred but not required Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
