The position is a contract to hire role. Medical office experience is required. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for healthcare providers. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed. Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care plans and provide necessary information regarding dental terminology when required. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, managing correspondence, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in a medical office role. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in handling patient information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of dental terminology is advantageous but not mandatory.
