May also need to provide clear directions to patients to clinic. Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries. Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges and copays. Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, including obtaining precertification.

Preferred:

experience with EMR and work in a clinic setting, friendly and upbeat with good communication skills and multitasking. A hybrid of in person work/remote days of answering phones, up to 5 days in clinic per week. M-F only no work on weekends.
