Medical Receptionist Christopher L. Hendrix, DPM, PC Bartlett, TN 38133 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and procedures. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Process patient paperwork and verify insurance details. Checking in/checking out patients. Answering incoming calls. Scanning paperwork & insurance cards in the system. Handling Medical records requests Maintaining cleanliness of waiting room. Collaborate with healthcare provider and staff to ensure seamless patient care. Other duties as assigned. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Excellent patient service skills, ensuring a welcoming environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to maintain organized files and records efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
