The ideal candidate would be a motivated team player, flexible, able to multi-task, organized, familiar with dental insurances, billing, collecting payments and scheduling . This position requires excellent and friendly customer service and the ability to communicate effectively via phone, text and email.

Preferences:

• At least 1 year of previous front desk dental experience
• Experience with answering phones, scheduling, dental insurance verifications, claim submissions, treatment plans and charging out accounts.
• Experience with Open Dental Software We would like for the candidate to: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills when performing typical clerical tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, greeting patients and maintaining patient records Be dependable and skilled in quality control when handling financial information, performing insurance verification, and preparing end of the day reports and keeping patient reception area clean and comfortable Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills while also being friendly and adaptable Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, and energetic environment all while supporting the goals of the office Have the ability to learn and pick up tasks quickly
