At Music City Plastic Surgery , we’re looking for a poised, detail-loving experienced Medical Receptionist who thrives in a busy environment and knows how to create an exceptional first impression — both in person and over the phone. In our fast-paced luxury practice, every patient interaction counts. If you’re organized under pressure , speak with confidence and care , and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things flowing, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Be the warm, welcoming face that greets every patient with professionalism and Southern hospitality. Manage a high volume of calls — from appointment scheduling to patient inquiries — with a calm, polished phone presence. Track leads and follow up through our lead management system to guide potential patients into consultations. Keep things running smoothly by organizing charts, forms, and consents using systems like Nextech and TouchMD. Assist in the patient journey — from intake to post-visit — including taking patient photos, collecting payments, and coordinating with our Patient Care Coordinators. Handle daily office responsibilities including opening/closing tasks, payment processing, and supporting the team where needed.
What We’re Looking For:
A true professional who is warm, upbeat, and well-spoken — especially on the phone. Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay cool when things get busy. Strong attention to detail and process — especially when it comes to patient records, HIPAA compliance, and financial transactions. Tech-savvy or willing to quickly learn systems like Nextech, TouchMD, and lead management software. Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or medical front office preferred — but a background in high-end customer service is welcome, too. A proactive attitude and “how can I help?” mindset. We love team players.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
Supportive, upbeat work culture in a respected plastic surgery practice. Learn and grow in a high-end medical aesthetic environment. Play an essential role in each patient’s transformation journey. Consistent hours in a stable, fast-growing practice. If you’re the kind of person who can manage the front desk like a pro , handle pressure with grace , and make everyone feel at home , this could be your next great opportunity. Apply now — and don’t forget to complete both required steps!
