Overview:
Start Date will be January 2025 We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering quality administrative support to the team and our patients. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manor.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Treatment plan and present to patient
- Assist with office administrative tasks as needed Qualifications
- Experience working in a dental or medical office environment is preferred, not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communications skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff
