Medical Transcriptionists are medical language specialists who provide medical transcription services for various types of diagnostic and interventional services. All transcription is to be performed utilizing the highest quality, accuracy and speed in order to provide prompt turn-around times for results. Estimated pay range for this position is $19.15 – $23.17 / hour depending on experience.

Degrees:
High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Additional Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. Three years experience required in radiology, interventional radiology and interventional cardiology transcription in a hospital setting. Experience with Windows and various word processing programs. Strong spelling grammar and punctuation skills required. Typing skills reflecting 55 wpm necessary with accuracy. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. CMT Certification preferred.
