Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters and assist in medical administrative tasks. Duties:

• Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters, including medical history, physical examinations, and treatment plans
• Assist healthcare professionals with medical administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Provide support during procedures, including X-rays and medication administration
• Monitor and record vital signs of patients
• Assist with patient care activities as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic life support techniques

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical setting preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills, including electronic medical record systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
