Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Perform basic life support and emergency procedures as needed. Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and medical histories. Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic or office environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a Level I or Level II Trauma Center to deliver comprehensive care. Educate patients on dermatology treatments, medical-surgical procedures, and outpatient care protocols. Requirements Bilingual- Fluent Written, Reading and Verbal (English & Spanish) Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required. Experience in urgent care, dermatology, ER, or outpatient clinic settings is preferred. Knowledge of basic life support techniques is essential. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both clinical and administrative tasks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and healthcare professionals. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as NextGen, TSI, etc. The ability to scribe and complete daily tasks in a timely manner. Perform routine clinical assignments as needed and assigned by your site manager and/or Director. Experience Drawing Labs (preferred)
