This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care and administrative support within our medical facility. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient care. Documenting patient encounters in real-time, typically during physician visits. Record patient history, examination findings, treatment plans, and other relevant information into the electronic health record (EHR). Traveling to different facilities with provider Obtain and record vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient information. Perform basic laboratory tests. Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Completing paperwork for provider. Utilize coding systems for accurate documentation of patient encounters. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to assist in patient care effectively. Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs. Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
