Medical Scribe/Medical Assistant Position Available In Columbia, Georgia

Medical Scribe/Medical Assistant Evans Dermatology 1002 Williamsburg Way, Evans, GA 30809 Medical Scribe and Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant preferred . A minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Scribe required . A minimum of 1 year as a back office/clinic medica l assistant required (must have recent experience working in clinic setting) , experience in Dermatology highly preferred . Experience with electronic medical records required , experience with Modernizing Medicine/EMA EMR highly preferred . Must have good communication, computer and customer service skills. Must be able to accept constructive criticism from physicians and supervising staff. Ability to function in a fast paced medical office with great attention to detail. Assist providers efficiently and accurately with exams and procedures. Accurately document necessary information into electronic medical records as a scribe during exams and procedures while assisting providers (exceptional scribing skills required as most of your day is spent scribing on an ipad). Must be able to preform job duties to include: rooming patients, taking medical history, assist with medical and cosmetic procedures, injections, charting, scheduling, phone triage, cleaning and stocking rooms, prior authorizations, as well as any other assigned task. May be required to cross train.
