RESPONSIBLE FOR
Registration and completion of fetal birth and fetal death certificates in accordance with regulatory standards. Maintains and monitors production performed by the transcription service. Performs chart maintenance activities, including chart analysis based on medical staff bylaws, DNV, TJC, or other regulatory agency documentation requirements and assigns deficiencies to clinical providers for resolution. Investigates accounts missing documentation needed to complete coding and billing.
POSITION WILL BE ONSITE SCHEDULE
MONDAY – FRIDAY, 8:00AM – 4:30

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Medical transcription experience preferred. Prior experience using Epic. Position Information
