Medical Transcription Specialist Woodcliff Lake Ophthalmology 300 Tice Boulevard, Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work closely with one physician to accurately document patient encounters during patient examination. Immediate hire and will train the right candidate. Candidate must be available immediately and be able to commit for at least one year. Responsibilities Fast and accurately transcribe patient encounters during examinations and procedures in real-time. Document medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans as directed by the physician. Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to ensure precise documentation. Good attention to detail, good memory, able to learn eye vocabulary. Science interest a plus. Friendly, supportive busy office. Experience Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
