This is a full-time, weekday-only position ideal for someone pursuing a career in healthcare and seeking meaningful clinical experience.

Monday-Thursday, full-time hours (no weekends or holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently document all patient encounters in real-time during medical exams Record patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic tests, and treatment plans as directed by the physician Assist in updating patient medical records and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements Support clinic workflow by collaborating with medical staff and front office as needed Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or pre-health coursework preferred Prior experience as a scribe or in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail, typing speed, and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Compassionate, professional demeanor with a strong interest in healthcare Comfort working in a Christian environment that seeks to reflect the love of Christ in patient care Ideal for
