Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently document all patient encounters in real-time during medical exams Record patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic tests, and treatment plans as directed by the physician Assist in updating patient medical records and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements Support clinic workflow by collaborating with medical staff and front office as needed Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
