Med Tech/Resident Associate 10 pm – 6 am Position Available In Lee, Florida

Med Tech/Resident Associate 10 pm – 6 am The Elite ALF at Cape Coral 4920 Viceroy Court, Cape Coral, FL 33904 Assists residents with activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating as directed. Develops meaningful relationships and contribute to the happiness of our senior residents. Engages residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities. Assists with light housekeeping and meal service as needed. Helps residents maintain independence, promotes dignity and physical safety of each resident. Notifies supervisor if a resident has increased care needs. Responds to resident pendant calls promptly. Practices superior standard care precautions of cleanliness, hygiene and health. Current and valid Medication Aide/Technician Certification. Ability to read, write and speak English. Successfully complete training as required and in accordance with state regulations. Must have a minimum of one year experience working with medications and the elderly population.
