In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while providing high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physiology, experience in caregiving, and the ability to work effectively with individuals with various needs, including dementia and disabilities. Responsibilities Administer medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in residents’ conditions. Provide care and assist with ADLs. Support residents with memory care activities and engage them in meaningful interactions. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident care. Uphold a safe environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations. Building meaningful relationships with seniors and their families as you provide assistance with activities of daily living as well as assisting residents in life skills and other life enriching activities.
