Opportunities for career advancement A complimentary meal during shift On-the-job training International workforce Safe work environment Local ownership Stable management team Requirements include: CURRENT Certified Medication Aide certification (GEORGIA) CURRENT Certified Nursing Aide certification (GEORGIA) Willingness to perform CNA tasks as needed Experience in Assisted Living a plus Work 12 hour shifts Work a rotating schedule to include 3 days on, 4 days off one week, then 4 days on, 3 days off the following week Work every other weekend ALL CMA’s are required to have a strong knowledge and ability to assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s), allowing them to maintain dignity, personal independence and self-fulfillment. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to successfully work within a team are also requirements. Certified Medication Aides are required to administer medications according to state guidelines. Experience using electronic M.A.R.s is a plus. CMA will work closely with our nurse and all staff members to provide excellent care for our residents in a home-like setting. Other responsibilities include dining room experience and minimal laundry care. Must be energetic in a fast paced environment.
