Employee Assistance Program Job Description:
Passes medications to residents in our assisted living community. Coordinate life enrichment services for all residents in the community. (Arts, crafts, entertainment, outings, religious services, and more. Provide emergency care to residents when necessary. Monitor and document effectiveness of treatment and medication. Maintain a courteous, and professional appearance at all times. Follow facility policy and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook.
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid LPN License Valid CPR Certification Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
