This position is responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring that all care practices adhere to HIPAA regulations. Duties Administer prescribed medications to residents according to established protocols. Monitor and document vital signs regularly to ensure the health and safety of individuals in care. Assist with tube feeding as necessary, ensuring proper techniques are followed. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and any changes in residents’ conditions. Provide support in daily living activities, promoting independence while ensuring safety. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Uphold HIPAA standards by maintaining confidentiality of resident information at all times. Engage with residents positively, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment. Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in home community care settings is preferred.
