Required:
Certified as a Medication Technician in the state within which services are provided.
- What you will do
- + •Medication Administration•Perform medication administration responsibilities while adhering to all safety principles and recognizing the six (6) rights of medication administration.

- Infection Control
- Adhere to proper infection control techniques, including universal precautions, during the medication administration process. +
- Documentation
- Document the administration of medication on the Medication Administration Record (MAR), including reasons for medications not administered. +
- Adverse Reaction Reporting
- Report any adverse individual served medication reactions immediately to a supervisor. +
- Medication Management and Audits
- Reorder and replace medications and supplies as needed and participate in data collection, medication audits, and performance improvement activities related to medication administration.
