Medication Technician/Caregiver Westminster Memory Care Lexington 886 Park Road, Lexington, SC 29072 Westminster Memory Care, state-of-the-art memory care community in Lexington, South Carolina, is currently seeking a dedicated Medication Technician/Caregiver to join our team. As a Medication Technician/Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Administering medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assisting in the implementation of care plans
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
