Position Overview:

As a Resident Care Associate / Med Tech , you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care and support with daily living tasks, medication assistance, and companionship. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to help our residents maintain comfort, dignity, and joy in their daily lives.

What You’ll Do:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, etc.) Provide medication reminders and administration per training and policies Respond promptly and kindly to call bells and resident requests Escort or transport residents as needed Support mealtimes and daily activity programs Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition Perform basic clerical tasks (filing, phone calls, etc.) Collaborate with Wellness and nursing staff to ensure top-quality care

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in senior care or direct support roles preferred Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing, walking) Strong communication skills — respectful, friendly, and team-oriented Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans and protocols Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions Med Tech certification (required by state) Why You’ll Love Working at
