Director of Behavioral Health Background :

Cahaba Medical Care Foundation is a community health center organization providing medical, pharmacy, dental, and behavioral health services to diverse underserved communities in Jefferson, Bibb, Perry, Chilton and Wilcox Counties. We are a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home and Joint Commission accredited organization, committed to increasing integration and coordination of behavioral health and primary care. Responsibilities & Duties Exemplify and Model, as an individual, and a leader, the C4s and Crucial Conversations / Crucial Accountability Punctual and regular attendance at the office during scheduled hours. Provide administrative assistance to behavioral health leadership and staff Oversee daily scheduling of behavioral health staff Act as a central point for internal communications for Behavioral Health staff, Office Managers, and the Director of Behavioral Health. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and report to the behavioral health director.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in human resources desired This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
