We are dedicated to providing compassionate care to our service area. CFA is looking for a self-starting, motivated, compassionate individual to fill our full-time, licensed or license-eligible Master’s level ( LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) clinician position to work in our IICAPS program. IICAPS (Intensive In-Home Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Services) provides an intensive in-home family-focused treatment program that helps children and adolescents age 4-18 with complex psychological and behavioral needs returning from or at risk for hospitalization or placement in detention or a residential treatment facility. The program engages all family members in a strong working partnership between the child, the family, the school and community This role is Monday-Friday and offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule. This fast-paced position does require the flexibility to work a combination of day and evening hours within New London County.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver clinical treatment to clients and their families, collaborating with other providers and community partners on client care (including schools, probation, psychiatry, etc.) Maintain clinical documentation in accordance to licensing, accreditation and IICAPS requirements Participate in weekly reflective individual and team supervision Work closely with IICAPS Mental Health Worker partners and CFA’s Medical Director to ensure skilled integrative care Meet weekly billable expectations defined by CFA Professional requirements: Current licensure or Associate licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Salary:
$64,000-$69,000 annually dependent on qualifications. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred with significant pay differential offered.
