Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Pro-Health Behavioral Center Corp. Naples, FL Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior analysis strategies to improve their quality of life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide effective patient care while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical records. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide direct support and training to clients, families, and caregivers in behavioral strategies. Maintain detailed medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with other professionals in the behavioral health field to ensure comprehensive care. Educate clients and their families about behavioral health concepts and strategies for improvement. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights. Qualifications Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst is required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices. Excellent data collection skills and the ability to analyze behavioral data effectively. Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical records management. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members. Contract Pay:
$60.00 – $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
