Behavior Assistant 1 prosperity Vero Beach, FL 32962 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and be skilled in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments. Duties Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify behavioral health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Provide support and guidance to families, helping them understand behavioral health challenges and treatment options. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in behavioral health and autism support. Experience A background in behavioral health or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those requiring behavioral therapy is highly desirable. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting are necessary for effective client management.
