Full Job Description About Carpe Diem Academy:
We are non-profit supporting children on the spectrum ages 4-22 with education and therapy clinics We are seeking a dynamic BCaBA to join our team. Our BCaBAs lead in the responsibilities and experience of following our Clinical Director at their designated campuses. Focus on culture, great clinical work, integrity, communication, and adaptability. Our team is exceptionally trained, reliable, dependable and passionate. We encourage our employees to work with all our disciplines from Educational Staff, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathologist, and Physical Therapists. We love what we do, and we are seeking a BCBaA who shares our passion for improving the lives of children and families affected by autism.

Flexible Hours Job Skills/Credentials/Experience:
Strong ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and clinical skills
Self-disciplined:
Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality Excellent written and spoken communication Excellent team player attitude and customer service orientation Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred) Candidates must be an active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Have previous clinical experience at an autism service provider or in a school setting with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA clinicians Supervision of RBTS is a must Provided 1:1 is a must
