Job Description

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Step Up Behavioral Therapy Center Doral, FL 33166 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to enhance their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Duties Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide training and support to staff on behavioral therapy techniques and best practices. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and practices. Experience Proven experience in applied behavior analysis, particularly with children or individuals with disabilities. Familiarity with medical records management and medical terminology. Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and patient care. Previous experience working in behavioral therapy settings is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
