In this role, you will work closely with our team, providing support through applied behavior analysis techniques. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans that enhance the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals. Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management techniques. Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and medical terminology. Requirements Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst is required. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Experience working with individuals with behavioral health issues is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.
