Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Elite Wellness Mental Health Services, LLC Kissimmee, FL 34744 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, applying your expertise in applied behavior analysis to enhance their quality of life. You will collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote positive behavioral change and skill acquisition. Responsibilities Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs and behaviors of clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Implement behavior intervention strategies in various settings, including home and community environments. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care. Provide training and support to caregivers on behavior management techniques. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client interactions and progress. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis. Skills Proficient in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies. Strong understanding of medical records management related to patient care. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities. Ability to conduct patient assessments effectively. Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices. Experience in special education settings is a plus. Language English and Spanish (required) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members. $58,052.00 – $61,308.00 per year
