In this role, you will work closely with individuals with behavioral health needs, implementing evidence-based practices to support their development and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality behavioral therapy and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining accurate medical documentation. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop appropriate intervention strategies. Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Collect and analyze data on patient progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for clients. Maintain thorough medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Participate in diagnostic evaluations and contribute to the development of treatment goals. Provide training and support to staff on behavioral health practices and special education strategies. Experience A strong background in behavioral health, including knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices. Experience in behavioral therapy, particularly within the context of special education or similar settings.
