Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. In this role, you will implement treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collect data, and help promote meaningful change in the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA Supervise and support behavior technicians (RBTs) in clinical and field settings Conduct skill assessments and behavior assessments Monitor client progress and update data-driven reports Deliver services in our Tyrone clinic, in homes, and at daycare centers Collaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills

Qualifications:

Must hold current certification as a BCaBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, ABA, etc.) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience working with young children preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$35.00 – $42.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
