Full-Time Overnight BHT (Mon-Thurs) Tampa Bay Recovery Center 365 Market Place, Roswell, GA 30075 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Overnight Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team from Monday to Thursday. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges during overnight hours. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients while assisting them in their daily activities and promoting their overall development. Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night. Monitor vital signs and document any changes in patients’ conditions accurately in medical records. Assist clients with personal care tasks, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed to address behavioral challenges effectively. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote skill development and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.

• Check-in with clients who seem distressed and identify issue(s), notify clinical staff Monitor clients taking medication Wash linen and prepare rooms for new admits at staff request Monitor client areas for cleanliness Perform safety checks on client areas Complete shift notes Administer UDS if requested by staff or if there is suspicion of drug use Report any rule violations or concerns to clinical team • Desired candidate needs to be willing to certify in CPR, know how to administer Narcan, be trained in de-escalation strategies, be comfortable taking temperatures and vitals.

• Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable means of transportation
• Experience Ideal candidates will have experience or knowledge in the following areas: Working with individuals who have substance abuse or mental health issues.

Understanding of vital signs monitoring and patient care protocols. Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and addiction counseling practices. Experience in maintaining medical documentation and records management.
