Black Mountain Academy is hiring Overnight Awake Residential Coaches to join our dedicated team. This is a meaningful opportunity to support high school studentsprimarily assigned male at birthwho are neurodiverse and learning to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

As a third-shift coach, youll help ensure a safe, structured overnight environment while also assisting with morning routines and light household duties.

What Youll Do

• Stay awake and attentive to student needs during overnight hours
• Conduct regular night checks to ensure safety
• Support students with morning routines and daily transitions
• Prepare light meals and complete general cleaning tasks
• Collaborate with staff to help students achieve therapeutic and educational goalsWhat Were Looking For
• Compassionate, dependable, and student-centered individuals
• Calm under pressure and able to handle overnight responsibilities independently
• Open to feedback and willing to learn therapeutic strategies
• Previous experience in mental health or behavioral support is a plus, but not requiredCompensation and Benefits
• Starting pay:$18.00/hour (more based on experience
