Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Plans to Prosper Autism Services Clinton, NC 28328 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCaBA or BCBA to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families, providing support and implementing behavior intervention plans. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be crucial in helping clients achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. Duties Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement behavior intervention strategies based on the principles of applied behavior analysis. Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide training and support to staff and family members regarding behavioral strategies and techniques. Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of behavioral therapy. Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst is required. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to patient care. Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Knowledge of special education practices is preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience in medical documentation is a plus. A passion for helping children and families navigate behavioral challenges.
