One Step Forward is hiring part-time ABA Therapists to provide in-home behavioral support after school. This is an ideal role for professionals with experience in ABA or working with children with Autism.

What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home Follow individualized behavior plans designed by your BCBA Collect data, complete session notes, and track progress Support caregivers in using behavior strategies across settings
Who We’re Looking For:
ABA or behavioral health experience (required) Afternoon availability at least 2-4 weekdays per week Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Positive, dependable, and professional attitude !
