Mental Health Associate Responsibilities Engages with program participants directly within their community based settings (including home, work, or school) Gathers information about parti related to their interests, skills, experience, needs and current supports Creates and implements treatment plans for participants Completes service authorizations for participants Submits progress notes after each visit with participant Encourages and assists program participants in achieving their goals
Work Schedule:

At least 18 years of age and have High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Children’s mental health, addiction, foster care, and/or a related human services field or 1-3 Years of relevant working experience working with individuals with Substance Abuse Disorders or Serious Mental Health or Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or in related human services field. Must possess a current, valid NYS driver’s license that meets Agency Driver Standards. and join our amazing Arc Wayne team!!
